    It’s equal parts opening + strengthening in this class that uses 5 movements that progressively build a flow to create length, strength, and balance in the body. An open level class (that has the option to build into an intermediate one).

    This is an open level flow class that's simply about moving the body in all the ways that focus on making it feel good. It's equal parts opening, mobilizing, and strengthening so your body can function at its best level to get you through your day.

    Get ready for some standing work to fire up all parts of the legs + glutes (as well as some upper back and core). This is a great class to ground you and get all sides of your body engaged and connected.

    A well-rounded, quick but effective open level express class that quickly warms you up, awakening + strengthening the body.

  • 10 min flow

    A quick flow to loosen up + build strength in under 10 min! This class warms you up and takes you through a flow that builds from the ground up (literally, mat to standing work).

    Open the entire body through movement stretches that mobilize and release the body. We'll pay special attention to minimizing the ribs + opening the side body to free the neck and shoulders from tension.

  • mini flows // circuit class

    A class broken up into 4 mini flows that each target a specific muscle area. We'll continue to add to the sequence as we go, building a burn, and perfecting out form to build strength while having a little fun!

    Gentle movements to focus on form to build strength and good alignment in this class that's perfect for a beginner or for that someone wanting to work on their technique.

    An intermediate Pilates mat class to challenge balance and connection for full-body engagement.

    Moving through movements + positions with the intention to open, stretch and release the body so nothing is pulling it out of alignment and you can feel your best!
