This prenatal class builds on the previous two core sessions by adding movement to your deep core engagement. You’ll work in different positions to challenge your coordination, breath, and alignment while maintaining core connection and support. Regan offers clear cues to help you move safely without pressure, using posture awareness and breath to integrate core work into functional movement. This class is safe for all trimesters and helps you feel strong, supported, and ready for the physical demands of pregnancy and postpartum.
