This class focuses on building balanced strength in the key muscles that support the sacrum and lower back. While the companion class emphasizes stretching and release, this session is designed to stabilize the pelvis and reduce strain through thoughtful, intentional strengthening.
You'll activate deep core, glutes, and other stabilizers in a way that protects the sacrum, promotes alignment, and helps prevent or relieve common aches and imbalances during pregnancy and postpartum.
A must-do for anyone needing support around the low back and pelvis.
