n this prenatal session, we use breath and subtle movement to support your posture, create space in the ribcage, and gently engage the deep core. You’ll learn to breathe into the back and sides of your body, release gripping in the ribs, and bring awareness to how your posture and breath impact your core and pelvic floor. This is a seated practice that’s safe for all trimesters, and it’s perfect to revisit throughout pregnancy to reset, reconnect, and come back into your body with ease.
