This gentle class uses movement, breath, and a yoga brick (or book) to help guide your baby into the most optimal position in your pelvis—head down, facing your spine. The exercises help open the hips, relieve pressure in the low back, and create space in the pelvis to encourage baby to move downward. It feels amazing on the body and is an ideal practice for late pregnancy to support comfort and prepare for labor.
