We skip the extended prep and go straight into strengthening exercises that safely target the deep core using breath and alignment. You’ll still connect to your transverse abdominis and build support, but with less setup and more efficient movement. Ideal when you're short on time or want to repeat this throughout the week for consistent strength and connection. Safe for all trimesters and designed to help you feel more supported in your daily life.
