2. Coming Back into Your Body

This class is about coming back into your body.
We begin by slowing down and building awareness of breath, noticing where the body is in space and where it may be holding tension. Through gentle breathing and quiet observation, you begin taking inventory of your body and listening to what it has to say.
This is a restorative class designed to calm the nervous system and bring you out of your head and back into sensation.
There is no effort to fix anything here. The goal is simply awareness.
As you breathe and observe, you may begin to notice areas that feel tight, areas that feel supported, and places where the body may be compensating or working harder than it needs to.
This awareness is the first step in creating meaningful change.
No props are required for this class, though you are welcome to place a pillow under your head if that feels more comfortable.
