24. Leg and Hip Strength

This class focuses on building strength in the hips and legs while developing a deeper awareness of alignment.
We begin by bringing attention to the position of the pelvis and how the legs connect underneath it. When the pelvis and legs are organized well, the hips are able to generate strength and support the body more effectively.
From there we begin strengthening the glutes and muscles of the legs from multiple angles. These movements help build stability around the hips while supporting the pelvis and spine.
As you work through the exercises, you will also begin noticing where the body may feel weaker or less stable. These areas often contribute to the tension patterns we carry, as the body compensates when certain muscles are not providing enough support.
By strengthening the hips and legs while maintaining proper alignment, this class helps create more balanced support throughout the lower body and reduces unnecessary strain on the pelvis and spine.
