34. Full Body Flow: Bringing It All Together
43m
This class is where everything comes together.
Throughout this program you have explored how your body is designed to move — how posture affects strength, how mobility and stability depend on each other, and how small shifts in alignment can change everything about how your body feels and functions. This final class is an opportunity to bring all of that into one connected, flowing practice.
Rather than isolating a single area or principle, we move through the whole body — weaving together the openers, strengtheners, and alignment cues from across the program into full body movements that challenge you in all planes of motion. Forwards and back, side to side, and rotationally — because that is how the body actually moves in life.
This class will ask you to call on your placement, your awareness, and your strength all at once. It is designed to be a little more challenging than the classes that came before it, not because the movements are more complicated, but because you are now being asked to hold more pieces together at the same time.
Consider this class both a graduation and a beginning — a taste of what it feels like to move as a whole, coordinated body, and a practice you can return to again and again as your strength and awareness continue to grow.
A chair nearby is helpful if you need support for balance, but no other props are required.
If you are already a member of RMTV, this class has a similar feel to a Revive class — think of it as that same full body experience, now informed by everything you have built in this program.
This class is a celebration of everything your body has been relearning — and an invitation to keep moving forward.
