Take this class! This full-body prenatal session uses a yoga brick (or book) to help you build strength, release tension, and create balanced support across your entire body. Regan guides you through standing and mat-based work that targets the glutes, activates the deep core, and improves alignment—helping you feel both stronger and more open.
There’s a special focus on glute strength, but as always, the movement is full-body and breath-led. You’ll finish this class feeling more connected, supported, and in control of your movement. Safe for all trimesters and perfect to return to when you need a reset that delivers strength and release in equal measure.
