This intermediate Revive express class blends yoga-inspired sequencing with full-body strength and mobility. You’ll open through the hips and upper body while building strong support through the glutes and core, using plank variations to stabilize the shoulders and spine. The transitions are fluid and intentional, giving you a powerful 12-minute reset that both lifts energy and re-centers your body through integrated strength.
Props: Option to add ankle weights for an extra challenge + to give extra work to the back leg and glutes.
