This prenatal class is designed to relieve sacrum and pelvic pain by strengthening the muscles that support and stabilize your pelvis. Using a theraband (or tights) and a ball or pillow, Regan guides you through targeted exercises that activate your glutes, deep core, and inner thighs—helping you create balanced strength and ease pressure in the sacral area.
You'll build functional support while learning how to move in a way that reduces tension and protects your lower back and pelvis. It's a great class to repeat anytime you need stability, relief, and reconnection during pregnancy.
