This Reset class uses light weights and a block or book to reveal and correct asymmetry through cross-body strength. You’ll target the arms, glutes, and core while stabilizing through the midline, building strength in the weaker side and restoring balance between left and right. The work is slow, precise, and deeply activating — helping the body organize itself into symmetry rather than compensating through its stronger patterns.
