14. Full Body Release: Movement from Within

14m
This class focuses on releasing tension through fluid, internally guided movement.
Rather than forcing stretches or large external movements, this practice helps you begin moving from your internal experience. You learn to initiate movement from within the body and allow it to expand outward in a more natural and supported way.
We explore gentle releases through the side body, upper body, and diagonal patterns across the body. These diagonal pathways help reconnect how the hips, spine, and upper body communicate with one another.
As these movements unfold, tension in the hips, back, and spine can begin to soften. The body starts finding space in areas that may have felt compressed or restricted.
This class encourages a deeper connection to how movement originates inside the body, helping you support yourself from within while allowing the body to move more fluidly and freely.
Through this process, you build awareness, create space, and deepen your understanding of how your body is meant to move.
