12. Side Body, Chest and Shoulder Release
Welcome to Your Body

14m
This class focuses on releasing tension through the side body, chest, and shoulders.
Many of us carry tightness through the sides of the torso and across the front of the chest from daily habits like sitting, working at devices, and protective postures that round the shoulders forward. When these areas become shortened or restricted, they limit the ability of the rib cage to expand and reduce mobility through the spine.
In this class we begin by lengthening and opening the side body. Creating space along the sides of the torso allows the ribs to move more freely, improves breathing capacity, and helps reduce unnecessary tension through the neck and shoulders.
From there we explore gentle thoracic rotation and chest opening movements. These movements restore mobility to the mid spine, which is designed to rotate and extend but often becomes stiff from daily posture patterns.
As the chest and shoulders begin to open, pressure is taken off the neck and upper back while allowing the shoulder joints to move with more freedom and support.
This class helps restore length and mobility through the sides of the body, improve spinal rotation, and create more space for the breath to move throughout the rib cage.

13. Mid Back Release: Free Your Neck,...
This class focuses on releasing and restoring movement in the mid back — one of the most commonly stiff areas in the body, and one of the most consequential when it loses its mobility.
The mid back, or thoracic spine, is designed to rotate. It is built for it. But modern life — long hours sitting... -
14. Full Body Release: Movement from ...
This class focuses on releasing tension through fluid, internally guided movement.
Rather than forcing stretches or large external movements, this practice helps you begin moving from your internal experience. You learn to initiate movement from within the body and allow it to expand outward in a... -
15. Deep Hip Release
This class focuses on releasing deep tension in the hips through gentle somatic movement.
The hips often hold both physical and emotional tension. Long periods of sitting, protective movement patterns, and stress can cause the muscles around the hips to tighten and grip, which can pull the pelvis...
