We're working the entire body using a wall as support/resistance + exploring deeper connections and new challenges to build better movement and strength.

It's all about the plank in this reformer class. We'll use a light spring resistance to get maximum core benefits from planking.

ribcage mobility + strengthening
In this class, we'll go over techniques to free the ribcage and thoracic spine, which in turn releases the neck, shoulders, and hips. After creating space and mobility, we will add strength work to finish out our movement.
