The perfect class to take after a run to keep feeling your best and ready for the next run. We'll stretch + lengthen our muscles to prevent any tightness that may occur, pulling us out of alignment, and causing compression in our body.

A full-body flow class of moving through stretches to open the entire body and relieve tension + activate and lengthen muscles to increase flexibility and create long lines. Stretches are done sitting and laying on the floor.

A floor stretch class that gently opens up the entire body (especially the hips) to counteract tightness from desk sitting. Can be done daily or weekly.
