This Reset class improves lower back mobility by opening the front of the hips and accessing core support, rather than forcing the spine to stretch. Through slow and intentional mat work, you’ll reorganize how the pelvis and lower back relate to each other while also strengthening the glutes and stabilizers. The result is a grounded release that feels supportive, spacious, and integrated through your whole body.
