Now that space has been created, it’s time to rebuild. This phase is about building strength in good alignment while deepening your mind-body connection. Through mindful movement and breathwork, you’ll retrain your posture, re-engage your core, and restore balance to your system. You’ll learn how to manage pressure, stack your bones, and move with intention—not just effort.
