Props: a chair or stool + a mat or clean space on your carpet
An all-levels GYROKINESIS® class that mixes it up a bit, using the floor rather than a chair as the base for our movements. We’ll work deeper into our core to strengthen while increasing body connectivity through fluid movements.
Using movements inspired by yoga + gyro, we'll connect to our bodies as we open + stretch.
