This class is designed for the earliest days postpartum—start as soon as you're ready, even in bed.
Part one focuses on 360° breathing to get the diaphragm moving again, expand the breath into the back ribs, and release tension from the ribcage and shoulders.
Part two introduces gentle lower abdominal activation to begin reconnecting your deep core. This is essential work to help your body stabilize and support you as you move, feed, and care for your newborn. These exercises are safe, effective, and deeply supportive for healing in the fourth trimester.
