This seated class is a continuation of your early postnatal healing journey. You'll use a chair and a pillow for support as you practice deep back breathing—expanding the ribs and reactivating the diaphragm, which calms the nervous system and reduces intra-abdominal pressure.
Then, using the pillow as light resistance, you’ll begin re-engaging your core with gentle but effective contractions to rebuild stability and reconnect to your center.
This class is essential for safely awakening your deep core muscles, supporting your healing tissues, and preparing your body to move, lift, and care for your baby with more confidence and support.
