    Props: light weights (or water bottle, soup can, something with weight that you have around)

  • a salute to glutes - xpress

    A quick booty burn that tones + promotes strength and stability in the spine, keeping our bodies balanced + pain-free.

    Prop: a pillow

  • release the glutes

    Using a small ball we'll open + release tightness in our glutes which is causing hip, lower back + leg pain.

    Props: a small ball (pinkie, tennis, lacrosse -- although, beware: the harder the ball, the more intense the massage)
