    Using movements inspired by yoga + gyrokinesis, we'll connect to our bodies to engage our muscles as we open + stretch.

    Props: a blanket (suggested but not necessary)

  • flow + stretch (4.18 live class)

    A Pilates class to warm up the body and get the joints + muscles moving and then opening them up through deep stretching.

  • after-run stretch

    The perfect class to take after a run to keep feeling your best and ready for the next run. We'll stretch + lengthen our muscles to prevent any tightness that may occur, pulling us out of alignment, and causing compression in our body.
