    Open the entire body through movement stretches that mobilize and release the body. We'll pay special attention to minimizing the ribs + opening the side body to free the neck and shoulders from tension.

  • stretching with props

    A full-body stretch class to open the body and release tension, using a band as a prop.

    Props: A therband (or a towel or longsleeved t-shirt will do just fine)
