Using your baby as added resistance, you’ll move through exercises that strengthen your core, glutes, arms, and legs—all while bonding and connecting. A great way to include your little one in your postpartum movement practice while supporting your recovery, building stamina, and reinforcing key muscle groups for the physical demands of motherhood.
