Regan guides you through standing and mat-based work that targets the glutes, activates the deep core, and improves alignment—helping you feel both stronger and more open.
There’s a special focus on glute strength, but as always, the movement is full-body and breath-led. You’ll finish this class feeling more connected, supported, and in control of your movement.
