You’ll move intentionally through targeted strength-building and stretch work, focusing on areas that tend to hold stress—like the hips, spine, and shoulders—while engaging the muscles that support posture and balance. This is a recharging, low-intensity class that leaves you feeling centered, spacious, and supported.
Great for all levels and all stages—especially when your energy is low but you want to move with purpose.
