Push ups are a great exercise that require some fantastic upper body engagement. In this class we'll do a number of exercises (with modifications) that build the strength + awareness we all need in order to do the perfect push up.
Prop: a chair

pain in focus // elbow pain
Elbow pain (or tennis elbow) finds a lot of us as a result of desk work and texting. We'll confront that pain and work on stretches and strengthening exercises to relieve and prevent its return.
Props: a chair or stool + a small weight (2-7 lbs is good)
