We're all about releasing tension during this perfect winddown. Using extended stretches, we'll slow down to find space and let go. As we close our practice, we'll use mindfulness meditation to boost good vibes + calm feelings by releasing endorphins (our feel-good hormones), promoting a sense of wellbeing.
