A class just for new mommas (or for anyone reconnecting to their body at any stage of the post natal journey). We'll work on movements to align, connect, strengthen and open.
This class reconnects you to your movement, reminding the body where it needs to live in space to function optionally. We'll focus on building strength in the legs, glutes upper back, and arms while stabilizing from the core with some much-needed stretches to finish.

This class is great for a beginner or anyone reconnecting + getting back into their body after a break from fitness. We'll use safe and effective movements to build abs strength that gets deep into the muscle for that good burn.

A class broken up into 4 mini flows that each target a specific muscle area. We'll continue to add to the sequence as we go, building a burn, and perfecting out form to build strength while having a little fun!

An intermediate/advanced flow class that targets all sides of the body. This class opens you up as you feel the burn, awakening + working muscles to build full-body strength.
