  • heal your feet

    Episode 1

    Your feet are important! In this class we'll work on the relationship between our feet and hip health by awakening + strengthening the feet and glutes, while building a deeper mind-body awareness. A great class to do often for healing feet, hip + knee issues caused by imbalances.

  • abs, arms, and booty

    Episode 2

    This well-rounded class uses our own bodyweight to target the glutes, abs + arms and feel a deep burn.

    Optional props: ankle weights

  • psoas release

    Episode 3

    This class is all about using breath + simple movements to release the psoas (think hip, back and knee pain from sitting too long).

  • legs for days

    Episode 4

    An open level class focusing on movements that target all sides of the legs (including the glutes) to work on strength, flexibility, and stability.

    Episode 5

    This group of classic Pilates moves, collectively known as the Series of Five, is the perfect quick + deep abs burn.

    Episode 6

    A class combining different techniques with the intent to release + mobilize from a place of strength while getting the body to move and flow within different positions. A great class to get that body moving and to build strength!

  • awakening of the senses

    Episode 7

    An opportunity to acknowledge + appreciate your wonderful body. We'll use movement and self-touch to connect to our bodies to awaken + heighten our senses, reset our nervous system, and find space for gentle stretches.
