You'll finish the month with a happier, healthier body and the full satisfaction of knowing you absolutely crushed it in the new year!

    Episode 1

    Open level / intermediate modern Pilates class that focuses on correcting our body's weaknesses -- with a focus on booty strength.

  • well rounded booty

    Episode 2

    This class targets all sides of the booty (back, side, internal and external rotators) to build balance and stability in the hips.

  • abs abs abs

    Episode 3

    A 20 min. burn class targeting the upper, side + lower abs to strengthen and sculpt while also building our stability + endurance.

  • hip love // hip openers

    Episode 4

    We'll go through 6 delicious active hip openers (for the front of the hips, quads, and inner thighs) to greatly improve mobility and show our hips some love!

  • the flow

    Episode 5

    A full-body flow class to get moving more fluidly. We'll pull techniques from GYROKINESIS®, Pilates, and Yoga to strengthen and open our most supple muscle connections.

  • these arms of mine // rotator cuff

    Episode 6

    We'll build arm strength through a focus on shoulder health aka the rotator cuff to protect the shoulder and make them look and feel great!

    Props: two weights (1 or 2 lbs)

    A class that's equal parts connection + opening to make you feel good in your body while rotating and opening the body to build strength.
