You'll finish the month with a happier, healthier body and the full satisfaction of knowing you absolutely crushed it in the new year!

  • modern mat

    Episode 1

    An open level full body class that provides progressions from mat work to standing work and a challenge (the good kind, trust us) for everyone, regardless of your skill level and familiarity with the exercises.

  • strength + mobility

    Episode 2

    Here we challenge + improve our flexibility from a place of strength (meaning we're giving our muscles some work to do). This is an active class that activates, mobilizes, and opens the body beautifully!

  • gyrokinesis® mat // breath focus

    Episode 3

    We'll review the three types of breath that strengthen the core + pelvic floor and then apply them to movements that both open + strengthen the body.

  • flow // stretch

    Episode 4

    Using movements inspired by yoga + gyrokinesis, we'll connect to our bodies to engage our muscles as we open + stretch.

  • modern mat // arms

    Episode 5

    An intermediate Pilates inspired mat class that works out the full body with an extra focus on arm work--building strength and toning. It's overall a great class!

  • cardi-oh! (11.25 live class)

    Episode 6

    We'll energize our whole bodies and get our blood pumping through non-stop movement. We'll finish class feeling ready to conquer the day!

  • awaken + release (4.11 live class)

    Episode 7

    Movements to bring new energy to our lymphatic system as we awaken our senses + increase mobility. We'll finish in relaxation with a deep stretch + release.

    Props: a chair or stool + a clean hand towel or washcloth (for dry rubbing)
