  • Active Psoas - back & hip release

    Episode 3

    This is a wonderful warmup for your back as well as release for the psoas, low back and hips. It uses movement breath and awareness to bring blood flow to the back, awakening the core and suppling and elongating the psoas.

  • Passive psoas release to reset pelvis

    Episode 4

    This is wonderful release for your psoas, low back and hips, allowing gravity to reset your pelvis and restore good alignment. Also allows for drainage flow and relaxation of the nervous system. You need a chair or stool.

  • Restorative psoas - back release

    Episode 5

    This is a simple and effective pose to help relieve tension in the psoas , low back and hips while balancing your nervous system. You need either a bolster or couch/chair cushion/ heavy blankets to recreate a bolster.

    Open the entire body through movement stretches that mobilize and release the body. We'll pay special attention to minimizing the ribs + opening the side body to free the neck and shoulders from tension.

    Using movements inspired by yoga + gyrokinesis, we'll connect to our bodies to engage our muscles as we open + stretch.

  • floor stretch flow

    Episode 11

    A full-body flow class of moving through stretches to open the entire body and relieve tension + activate and lengthen muscles to increase flexibility and create long lines. Stretches are done sitting and laying on the floor.

    A Pilates class to warm up the body and get the joints + muscles moving and then opening them up through deep stretching.
