Stretch, mobilize, and let go of the tension that’s pulling you out of alignment. Tension can come from stress, poor posture, pregnancy, overtraining—or simply not moving enough. Releasing creates flexibility, space, and ease. Without it, you’re building on resistance instead of readiness.
