Through mindful movement and breathwork, you’ll retrain your posture, re-engage your core, and restore balance to your system. You’ll learn how to manage pressure, stack your bones, and move with intention—not just effort.

    Work the entire body by using a prop we all have--a wall. Using the wall as support or resistance, we will explore deeper connections and new challenges to build better movement and strength.

    It's Gyro without the chair! We'll use controlled, fluid movements to stimulate the nervous system, increase range of motion, and create functional strength.
