    Get ready for some standing work to fire up all parts of the legs + glutes (as well as some upper back and core). This is a great class to ground you and get all sides of your body engaged and connected.

    This is an open level flow class that's simply about moving the body in all the ways that focus on making it feel good. It's equal parts opening, mobilizing, and strengthening so your body can function at its best level to get you through your day.

    Episode 8

    An intermediate/advanced flow class that targets all sides of the body. This class opens you up as you feel the burn, awakening + working muscles to build full-body strength.

    A pilates + yoga inspired full body flow that will get your heart rate up for a quick but efficient session. We'll do both standing and mat work to challenge our core, legs, and balance to build strength + create space and length.
