This is an open level basics class with the intention of making you an intelligent mover, building a strong movement foundation so you can move well, feel your best, and create a resilient and youthful body. This moderate pace class brings your intention inwards, using breath to build awareness, mobilizations to decompress & lengthen, isolated and full body movements to build strength from the inside out.

    Episode 1

    An intermediate Pilates inspired mat class that works out the full body with an extra focus on arm work--building strength and toning. It's overall a great class!

    Episode 2

    An open level full body class that provides progressions from mat work to standing work and a challenge (the good kind, trust us) for everyone, regardless of your skill level and familiarity with the exercises.

    Work the entire body by using a prop we all have--a wall. Using the wall as support or resistance, we will explore deeper connections and new challenges to build better movement and strength.

    Episode 9

    We're going back to basics in this quickie class and using the essentials of Pilates to feel a good burn in the core and glutes + work our deepest muscle connections for maximum results.

    Props: a theraband (or something spandex you can pretend is a theraband)

    Episode 10

    25 min. to find our deepest core + stabilize the pelvis. We'll work on opening the front body (hips + shoulders) through activation of the back body (hamstrings, glutes + upper back).

    Props: a ball (or pillow) + we suggest a therband, if you'd like a more intense class

    Episode 11

    A Pilates mat class focused on standing movements that will work on leg strength and flexibility while challenging balance to build on full-body stability.
