    This is an open level class that focuses on strengthening the inner thighs to improve our alignment + the stability of our pelvis and spine. We'll go through both standing and mat work to target all 5 of the inner thigh muscles.

    This is an open level flow class that's simply about moving the body in all the ways that focus on making it feel good. It's equal parts opening, mobilizing, and strengthening so your body can function at its best level to get you through your day.
