    We'll release our fascia + break-up muscle tightness with a guided roll-out using a foam roller. A great pre or post workout series.

    It's all about the plank in this reformer class. We'll use a light spring resistance to get maximum core benefits from planking.

    Episode 7

    In this class, we'll go over techniques to free the ribcage and thoracic spine, which in turn releases the neck, shoulders, and hips. After creating space and mobility, we will add strength work to finish out our movement.

    A great everyday opener for your entire body -- an awakening of the senses. So think gentle massage and energizing the body through basic gyrokinesis® stool work so you are ready to conquer the day.

    Episode 12

    We're going back to basics in this quickie class and using the essentials of Pilates to feel a good burn in the core and glutes + work our deepest muscle connections for maximum results.

    Props: a theraband (or something spandex you can pretend is a theraband)

    It’s equal parts opening + strengthening in this class that uses 5 movements that progressively build a flow to create length, strength, and balance in the body. An open level class (that has the option to build into an intermediate one).

    A full-body flow to get our bodies moving more fluidly to strengthen and open our most supple muscle connections.

  • arms + core

    Episode 15

    An arms focused class that requires a lot of core strength to support our movements. Think planks and push-ups with the intention of strengthening the arms.

    Episode 16

    An open level express class focusing on finding that good burn and a deep connection in the arms, abs + booty.

    A simple yet effective class for all levels that uses the basics of Pilates to create delicious movements to address the full body.

    Episode 18

    We'll use a foam roller in this class to increase mobility while also building strength in the body. We'll give special attention to shoulder stability + strength with some good core and side booty work too. This is an open-level class with different variations given based on your level.

    Using a foam roller as a prop, we'll release the tight muscles that pull the pelvis out of alignment which in turn creates a tight pelvic floor.

    Props: short or long foam roller (or even a ball, if you'd rather)

    An effective class for all levels that uses the basics of Pilates to create delicious movements to address the full body, using a ball to challenge stability + strength.
