This express series is a collection of short (10-15 minutes) but effective full body classes focused on strengthening, opening + connecting to your body to make sure you get the most out of your limited time.

Whether you just need a break throughout your day, some movement after a meal, or are in a crunch to find some quick fitness, it’s amazing what you can accomplish in under 20 minutes.

This series has classes for all different levels to fit your individual needs. Make your movement work for you.

  • tutorial // the pelvic floor

    Episode 1

    Regan sheds some light on one of life's many mysteries: the pelvic floor. Specifically, where is our pelvic floor, why we care about it, and how to know if you're connecting + engaging it.

    Recommended as preparation for 'basics broken down // the pelvic floor'

  • express basics (10 minutes) // lower body

    Episode 2

    A 10 minute open level class that's all about the lower body. We'll go through standing work to build leg + glutes strength which tones and creates all-important balance. This class is a great warm-up or a standalone workout for someone getting back into their body.

    Episode 3

    No time to waste in this class where we'll go through 2 short sequences to get the shoulders moving and build strength in the arms + upper back.

    Props: light hand weights (1-3 lbs or bottles of water, etc. whatever you have available!)

  • breathing to change your body

    Episode 4

    How we are breathing completely changes how our bodies function and feel. Strong external factors like stress and posture alter our breathing patterns for the worse so in this class we'll focus on breathing optimally using an exercise you can work on anywhere anytime.

    In part b, we're awakening our feet and repositioning our heel to help release our leg in the hip joint (see the feet do matter!) to overall create a better foundation to move from.

    Episode 6

    This express class is a perfect one for the beginner who is short on time. We'll use our 10 minutes together to go through a (mostly) standing series to feel a burn and connection to our body that will help us understand where it is living in space.   • Active Psoas - back & hip release

    Episode 7

    This is a wonderful warmup for your back as well as release for the psoas, low back and hips. It uses movement breath and awareness to bring blood flow to the back, awakening the core and suppling and elongating the psoas.

  • the daily foot routine

    Episode 8

    Join me to practice some daily foot movements to mobilize, strengthen, balance, and realign your feet. I recommend doing this series before movement (such as a full workout) or even just a walk or run though your body can and will benefit from it at any point during your day.

    Episode 9

    An intermediate class that hits all the key spots to work on building functional strength. Quick but efficient work for a full-body burn.

    Get in this short series for a burn to connect to the core and work the abdominals to build strength, stability, and stamina

    Episode 11

    This is the class for anyone feeling like their shoulders are rounded + neck is tight -- basically if you sit at a computer all day, this is for you! We'll use a ball to release the tension we create in our chest muscles which pull us forward, finishing feeling able to move more freely.

    This class is all about building a functional connection between our minds and our feet. We'll focus on how our weight is distributed and build strength + connection so our feet, ankles, knees, and hips are happy and healthy!

    Stretches to help keep the hamstrings loose and flexible, which will improve posture, increase flexibility, and prevent lower back pain.

    An intermediate abs class that uses fewer cues and builds on the movements we've previously perfected to build a solid core from the inside out.

    Episode 22

    We're going to release all of that tension we keep in our shoulders and shoulder blades and shoulders. This class is a must-take if you find your range of motion is limited and/or your shoulders make noise. You'll finish feeling a freedom and a refreshing ease of movement!

    Episode 23

    We're going beyond skin deep to find + connect with our deepest core to create strength and stability in the abdominals.

    An express class to find a deeper core connection. We'll give a lot of focus on what’s going on with your breath + pelvic floor while building strength in the core, inner thighs, and glutes.
