This express series is a collection of short (10-15 minutes) but effective full body classes focused on strengthening, opening + connecting to your body to make sure you get the most out of your limited time.

Whether you just need a break throughout your day, some movement after a meal, or are in a crunch to find some quick fitness, it’s amazing what you can accomplish in under 20 minutes.

This series has classes for all different levels to fit your individual needs. Make your movement work for you.

  • psoas release

    Episode 1

    A series to release the tensions in your back and hips and take you out of a state of fight or flight and into relaxation

    Props: a mat, a yoga brick, a bolster (or sofa cushion)

    A back opener class that focuses on stretching all of the muscles that are pulling on your back and causing that lower back pain.

    A great class for when you’re short of time and comprehensive enough to do every day (or as often as you want). This express workout strengthens + connects while simultaneously opening the entire body.

    Episode 7

    The perfect class to take after a run to keep feeling your best and ready for the next run. We'll stretch + lengthen our muscles to prevent any tightness that may occur, pulling us out of alignment, and causing compression in our body.

    Counter the excessive sitting that's part of our daily lives with this quick hip opener class, stretching all of the areas that are pulling our pelvis, legs + spine out of alignment causing tightness and pain.

    Episode 9

    Push ups are a great exercise that require some fantastic upper body engagement. In this class we'll do a number of exercises (with modifications) that build the strength + awareness we all need in order to do the perfect push up.

    Some gentle movements to release neck + shoulder tension caused by everyday life.

    Episode 12

    4, 7, 8 breathing is an incredible technique we use to enter a state of deep relaxation. This is a great one to use to at the end of your day to find a moment of stillness and relaxation or even before bedtime to assist you in falling asleep.

    A yoga-inspired intermediate mat class where our focus will be full body exercises (moving up and down b/t standing and planking). This is a great class to build full body strength through dynamic movement.

    Equal parts stretches + exercises that open the neck and shoulders while also strengthening our underworking muscles to prevent future neck and upper shoulder tightness and tension.

    A class all about how to engage your core properly so it is both strong AND functional--making sure it both stabilizes your body and looks good.

    Breathing, feeling, and release through meditation. The perfect class to take mid-day as a break to recenter and refocus.

    Using light weights we'll go through exercises and movements to quickly strengthen + tone our arms.

    A quick booty burn that tones + promotes strength and stability in the spine, keeping our bodies balanced + pain-free.

    Using a small ball we'll open + release tightness in our glutes which is causing hip, lower back + leg pain.

    Props: a small ball (pinkie, tennis, lacrosse -- although, beware: the harder the ball, the more intense the massage)

    Find a door frame, any door frame for this class where we'll find deep and satisfying stretches for the back and chest.

  • arch + curl for strength

    Episode 22

    This is a class all about maintaining length in the spine to create balance in the body, and specifically, to work our core and posture muscles. We'll go through movements that curl the spine in various positions and then counterbalance the movements with an arch.

    Stretches using a chair as a prop and designed to relieve the pain and tension created in our bodies from sitting in a chair all day.
